What buyers are saying
Overall, the framework and canopy are easy to put together which my wife and did in about ten minutes in our second attempt. We particularly love the tent's light weight. We plan to use it with our RV. Our first attempt was clumsy and a little confusing, especially since the canopy is folded and packed for shipping in a way that makes no sense and is not easy to roll out and install. In our first attempt, after struggling with finding the top and sides, we put the canopy on inside out. We flipped it over and were able to drape the canopy on the frame properly. We squared up the canopy on the frame and secured it with the Velcro tabs. It looked great! We took it apart and put it back together in 10 minutes. In taking it apart, we used some common sense that we now pass on to you. We thought about how to disassemble and pack the canopy to ensure we can unpack and install it easily. Here's what we did. First. we unfastened all the Velcro tabs on the legs and rolled up each side and left them rolled up on the top edges of the frame. Then we removed the four #6 frame poles to give us easier access. Then we unfastened the Velcro tabs on the top edge poles and rolled one of the zippered sides across the top of the frame all the way to the opposite side pole, taking the other two sides along. This left us with two parallel rolls (one big and one little) on one edge of the top. Then we folded the rolls in half and took the folded canopy off the frame and put it in a large trash bag. Now when we unpack the canopy, all we have to do is place the double roll on one edge and roll it out over the top of the frame. Then unroll the sides and Velcro the canopy to the frame. Too bad it isn't packed this way from the factory. The other steps, tying it down and anchoring it is fairly straight forward and we'll leave them to your imagination.
