Never received item. Waited almost 3 monthes for item to show up, never showed up. Was ordered in November was suppose to be a Christmas present. Contacted Amazon, who referred me to the company, who never contacted me or did anything, Finally received refund from Amazon. Can you rate a company lower than one star? I think this company might be a 1/4 star and thats being generous!

This machine is perfect! It's not as bulky or expensive as the new George Foreman G5, yet it does all the same tasks, just at a smaller caliber. You can bake, grill, make waffles, and my husband's favorite - those little homemade pocket sandwiches using slices of bread and any type of filling you can imagine (the George Foreman and most other grilling machines don't offer the pocket sandwich plates). The grilling plates have raised grids so the oil drains away from any meat you are grilling, which we love, the grill plates can also be used as a panini press. I've used the baking plates to make eggs & toast, a small batch of cookies and quesadillas (you can do one large, folded quesadilla or two whole 6" quesadillas at a time). And waffles cook up perfectly in the waffle plates. It's sleek looking, compact, and so easy to clean because of the removeable plates. It also takes up less storage space because it sits upright on the feet in the back. I got rid of our waffle machine and sandwich-maker, but did keep the standard-sized George Foreman for grilling larger hamburgers or steaks. This thing is amazing and comes at a great price. I got ours on eBay for $20.
**EDIT: I spoke too soon about how great it is, haha. The coating must not be that high of quality on the plates because I had major peeling off on the grill plates while making a panini and this was ONLY about my 5th use. I contacted Koolatron and they are sending replacement plates after I emailed them a copy of my receipt. I have a feeling the coating will come off again if it already did once though!
