I agree that these dishes were shipped haphazardly. i ordered 3 sets and got barely 2 complete out of the mixture. target shipped a replacement set immediately, but several of those dishes were broken. i ended up with extra plates, but lacking some dessert dishes and several cups were less than perfecti decided to cut my losses. 5 for the product and 1 for the shipping. what a waste!

I love these dishes. Just the right touch for my rooster kitchen. They seem to be fairly durable too. I did have a slight problem, in that one of the dishes (out of the 3 sets I ordered) was broken. The seller immediately responded to my email, and took care of the problem. I couldn't have asked for more.
