Our K-5 and K-7 Kitchen Knives eloquently solve this dilemma. The Hocho style blades are approximately 1 1/2 wide and 1.5mm thick. They are skillfully flat ground from top to bottom and then honed to a very thin, astonishingly sharp edge, combine that with the continuous curve on the blade and wide thin cross section and youve got a blade thats unparalleled for cutting and shearing power. Now you can slice tomatoes wafer thin and cut through vegetables and meat with virtually no resistance.The knives are available with either a serrated edge or our new plain edge style. For maximum control weve made the handles out of heavily contoured and deeply checkered the Kraton.
