I bought 2 of these a couple years ago and they still work perfectly. I made a LOT (about 200) of cookies for Christmas and wound up using a couple "regular" baking sheets because I only have 2 of these. The ones I baked on a regular baking sheet came out darker, and crispy. I didn't even cook them as long! These baking sheets cook very evenly. <br /> <br />These baking sheets are wonderful. I haven't had any problems at all. As a matter of fact I will be buying a couple more so I don't have any issues this coming holiday season!

Can't say enough good about the product. The non-stick really works, heating is even, price is right. BUT it came delivered packaged alone, at an angle in the box, padded only by some crumpled brown paper, and it warped. I was furious! I mean, a warped cookie sheet? I bent it myself back into shape, almost, and after using it for months it is now fairly even, but not exactly. Next time I will buy this product from a local store. As it is an ungainly sized item to ship, I don't really hold the shipper to blame, but it could have been laid flat and padded with popcorn. Seemed very sloppy handling, to me.
