Purchased this cheap at a local retailer on closeout. A couple of washers were missing, but otherwise everything went together fine. Certainly not over designed like the steel versions, but good for the occasional user. I purchased mine specifically to get the transport of gas cans _outside_ the vehicle (they like to leak-- trust me). Pay attention to how you load it and it should do fine (put the heavy stuff in the middle!).

I use this for transporting my lawnmower, and for beach items for drive-on beach recreation. I spray painted the galvanized hardware to ensure rust free years of use--now 4 yrs and looks brand new. Salt air from the beach is very corrosive. Only drawback -- not wide enough for gas grill.
