Many innovative products have come from Sierra Designs, for instance, they have a sleeping bag tailored to fit a woman's shape and warmth needs. Another patented and exclusive design from Sierra Designs is the Clip-Locks that locks poles at the intersection to improve tent strength by 60%. The Sierra Designs Hercules Tent is wind tunnel tested and has been on expeditions. Its two-pole design provides the simplest set-up available in extreme conditions.

This tent is one of the most affordable, lightweight 2 person tents available. I have been very impressed so far by the design, durability, pack size, and weight of the product. I do wish there were a few more features included such as pockets on the inside and a bigger vestibule for storing gear during rainy weather.
