I bought four of these caps for my family. Considering the price I think that caps over the spouts could be sturdier. It comes off too easily. One broke off and couldn't be re-attached.
The way you open the spout to drink takes some getting used to, it's definitely not the best top for child use. Even my husband would prefer the good old screw-on lid over having to align arrows and apply just enough pressure to get to the water inside... One has to be careful not to screw it too far in the wrong direction or it comes off altogether (which of course, is important for being able to clean the inside). Once the lid is closed it does not leak at all, which is a plus.
Overall, I'd prefer a better price for a somewhat awkward product to use.
