All of the DVD's are very good, and have some variety to them so you don't feel like you are redoing the same workout over and over again. I've even used a couple back to back to increase the lenght of the workout and they do the job. If you have to spend the winter months in your basement this is a decent way to do it.
I like the instructions and the visual indicators on the screen for the gear and effort that is required works well and is easily visible. I found Spinervals easier to follow than the CTS series.
