We received the 12 Volt Electric Auto Blanket as a Christmas gift.
Since then it has come in mighty handy to keep our children nice and warm in the backseat. They love it.
The temperatures have been so frigid that schools have closed because of the cold. (-30 with the wind chill!)
It has gotten better but it's still frigid here. So the extra warmth has been a blessing.
It gets nice and warm but not hot. Just right for safety purposes. Your car battery won't get run down.
The control has a timer for both 30 minutes and 45 minutes, after that it automatically turns off.
The blanket reaches across the backseat to cover everyone from door to door.
We plug our blanket into a socket in the backseat.
If you need to plug the cord in the front seat it is well able to reach the back.
I recommend this blanket to anyone travelling during the winter, it will keep you nice and warm.
